Hamas Prepares for Palestinian Legislative Elections in November Aiming for Victory

Hamas is gearing up to participate in the Palestinian Legislative Council elections scheduled for November 28 in the Palestinian Authority territories. Hossam Badran, a member of Hamas's political bureau, confirmed that the movement will run as part of a broad national coalition aiming to secure the largest number of seats. He noted that Hamas has established committees at senior levels and its election mechanism is already operational. Badran described the upcoming elections as a "historic opportunity to end Fatah's monopoly on national decision-making."
