Mother and Partner Charged with Sexual Abuse of Children in Central Israel

The Central District Prosecutor's Office has filed serious sexual abuse charges against a 33-year-old woman from central Israel and her 43-year-old partner. The indictment alleges multiple offenses involving the woman's two daughters, aged 8 to 12, and two toddlers from her family, aged approximately one to three years. According to the indictment, the couple met about a year and a half ago through a dating app and engaged in an intimate relationship. They exchanged sexually explicit content, including images and videos of minors and adults, and discussed sexual fantasies involving the woman's daughters.

The indictment further claims that the woman, either on her own initiative or at her partner's request and encouragement, photographed and recorded her daughters partially clothed or nude and sent the material to her partner. The man allegedly praised and encouraged her to continue documenting these acts. It is also alleged that during two meetings at the woman's home, the man performed sexual acts while one of the minors was asleep and that the couple engaged in sexual acts in the presence of the children. Additional accusations include the man committing indecent acts against the minors and the woman allegedly raping two toddlers from her family at the man's behest, documenting these acts and sharing the recordings with him.

The charges include rape of a minor family member, incitement to rape, indecent acts, exploitation of minors for obscene publication, possession and consumption of obscene material, and obstruction of justice. The prosecution states that the woman deleted communications with her partner to destroy evidence but that these were later recovered. Both defendants reportedly deleted messages and the man urged the woman to delete incriminating photos and videos. The Central District Prosecutor's Office has requested that both remain in custody until the conclusion of legal proceedings, citing the systematic and ongoing nature of the offenses and the significant danger they pose.
