Two 18-Year-Olds Charged for Arson at Japnika Branch in Givatayim

Israeli police have solved the arson case at the Japnika restaurant branch in Givatayim and announced that indictments will be filed against two 18-year-old suspects from Rehovot. The incident occurred on July 12, when the suspects allegedly arrived on a two-wheeled vehicle, poured a flammable liquid on the restaurant's front, set it on fire, and fled the scene. The fire caused damage to the building and property but resulted in no injuries. Japnika branches have been caught in the middle of a criminal feud, which also previously affected the restaurant in Kiryat Ono.
