Man in His 60s Shot Dead at Gas Station Near Shefa-Amr Amid Family Feud Investigation

A man in his 60s was fatally shot overnight between Wednesday and Thursday at a gas station near the entrance to Shefa-Amr. Paramedics from Magen David Adom (MDA) attempted resuscitation at the scene but declared him dead. Police launched an investigation, dispatched officers to the site, and began collecting evidence. The victim's identity is known, and authorities are examining possible links to a violent family feud responsible for 36 deaths in recent years.

MDA medic Mohammad Ziadna described finding the victim unconscious inside a vehicle with severe penetrating injuries and no signs of life. Additional violent incidents occurred over the weekend: two young men aged 20 and 18 were seriously injured in separate attacks in Ein al-Sahala in Wadi Ara and Dimona. The 20-year-old was transported to Rambam Hospital in Haifa conscious with penetrating wounds, while the 18-year-old was taken unconscious to Soroka Hospital in Beersheba.

Two days prior, Ayman Jaramna, 20, was shot dead outside his home in Mukeibla, Gilboa Regional Council. MDA teams found him in critical condition and transported him to the hospital where he later died. Initial investigations indicate these killings stem from ongoing family disputes.
