Hapoel Be'er Sheva Moves Home Matches to Bucharest for Champions League Playoffs

Hapoel Be'er Sheva announced that starting from the Champions League playoff stage, they will host their home matches at the Golsti Arena in Bucharest, Romania, instead of their previous venue in Hungary. The team had played their initial European matches this season at the Haladás Sportkomplexum in Szombathely, Hungary, including a crucial 1-0 victory over Red Star Belgrade in the first leg of the playoff round. The Golsti Arena, which seats 14,050 spectators, is the home stadium of Rapid Bucharest and will also be used for the group stage matches if the team advances.

The club expressed gratitude to the Israeli and Romanian football associations for facilitating the approval of the stadium change. They also thanked the Hungarian football association and the staff at Haladás Sportkomplexum for their warm hospitality and support during the recent matches. Hapoel Be'er Sheva is preparing to face Red Star Belgrade again in Bucharest as they aim to secure a spot in the Champions League group stage.
