Five Firefighting Teams Contain Blaze Near West Bank's Route 60 Without Traffic Disruption
A fire broke out on Sunday in an open area between the northern entrance to the settlement of Efrat and the El Hadar junction near Route 60 in the West Bank. Five firefighting teams are working in two sectors to contain the fire and prevent it from spreading toward the road. According to the Israel Fire and Rescue Services spokesperson for the Judea and Samaria district, the teams are actively managing the situation to avoid escalation. Currently, there is no disruption to traffic on Route 60. Israeli police and IDF forces are present at the scene, assisting with securing the firefighters and supporting any required operations.
