Firefighters Contain Blaze Near Efrat on Route 60 in Gush Etzion

A fire broke out in an open area between the northern entrance of the settlement of Efrat and the Al Hadar junction in the Gush Etzion region. Five firefighting teams are currently working to contain the fire and prevent it from spreading toward Route 60. Authorities report that there is no disruption to traffic near the Efrat North junction or on Route 60 toward the Tunnel Road. The firefighting teams have divided their efforts into two sectors to effectively manage the blaze and ensure the daily routines of local residents continue uninterrupted. Israeli Police and IDF forces are present at the scene, providing security for the firefighting crews and assisting with any necessary tasks. Officials emphasize that traffic on Route 60 remains unaffected at this time.
