Firefighters Gain Control Over Blaze in Beit Keshet Forest After Four Hours

Firefighters have gained control over a fire in the Beit Keshet forest after more than four hours of battling the blaze. The firefighting effort involved 10 ground teams supported by the Jewish National Fund (Keren Kayemeth LeIsrael) crews and six aircraft from the Elad aerial firefighting squadron. These combined forces helped contain the fire's spread and protect the forest area. Firefighters continue to work on the ground to fully extinguish remaining hotspots.
