Israeli Police Arrest Man for Placing Knives and Bullets in Banks and Food Chain in Gush Dan
Israeli police from the Holon station arrested a 54-year-old man from Holon on Saturday evening in connection with several incidents across the Gush Dan area. The suspect allegedly threatened and caused property damage at two bank branches and a well-known food chain outlet. Authorities reported that early Friday morning, emergency calls were received reporting knives and bullet cartridges placed at these locations.
Upon receiving the reports, Tel Aviv district police officers arrived at the scenes, collected evidence, and assigned the investigation to the Holon police station. The investigation included forensic and technological measures, which led to identifying and arresting the suspect. He is scheduled to appear for a remand hearing to extend his detention.
