Attorney Sapir Perdo, representing the family of Eldar Dayan, stated that his parents are completely devastated following the events surrounding his disappearance. She sharply criticized the police, highlighting their failure during the days Eldar was reported missing. Perdo pointed out that when Eldar's mother arrived at the police station, she was told there was a 98 percent chance that Eldar was alive. The lawyer demanded that whoever made that statement explain the basis for such certainty. She concluded that regardless of perspective, the police failed in their duty during the investigation.
