Or Spitz, a renowned Israeli pastry chef and content creator, has launched a limited edition collection of wedding desserts for the public just two days after her own wedding ceremony. The collection, named Wedding Desserts, features 12 handcrafted, pareve (non-dairy) sweets that were served at her wedding event.

The desserts will be available for purchase through a digital pop-up shop on her website, operating for one week only. Customers can pick up their orders at designated times and locations, with the desserts packaged in a distinctive pink box that transforms into a standing tray when opened.

The assortment includes Mango Bliss (mango mousse on a crispy cashew base coated in white chocolate), Golden Hour (coconut-based chocolate fudge), Lemon Kiss (lemon cream with pistachio crunch and vanilla cream), Velvet Dream (whipped chocolate ganache with vanilla cream on a nougat crisp base), Pink Forever (halva mousse on a cashew crisp base with pink chocolate coating), Vanilla Romance (vanilla cream on a shortcrust pastry), Berry Love (raspberry and blueberry cream on shortcrust pastry), Sweet Surprise (four macarons with surprising flavors), and Red Velvet Love (a bite-sized red velvet cake).

The entire set is priced at 195 shekels. This initiative allows fans and dessert lovers to experience the exclusive treats from Spitz’s wedding in their own homes.
