Or Spitzer Launches Limited Edition Wedding Desserts for Public Purchase

Two days after her wedding, pastry chef and content creator Or Spitzer has unveiled the desserts served at her ceremony and launched a limited edition collection for the public. Named Wedding Desserts, the collection features 12 handmade, pareve sweets specially created for the event. The desserts will be available for one week only through a digital pop-up on Spitzer's website, with customers able to pick up their orders at designated times and locations. The desserts come in a distinctive pink box that transforms into a standing tray when opened.

The assortment includes Mango Bliss, a mango mousse on a crispy cashew base coated in white chocolate; Golden Hour, a coconut-based chocolate fudge; Lemon Kiss, lemon cream on a pistachio crunch with vanilla cream; Velvet Dream, whipped chocolate ganache with vanilla cream on a nougat crisp base; Pink Forever, halva mousse on a crispy cashew base with pink chocolate coating; Vanilla Romance, vanilla cream on a shortcrust pastry; Berry Love, raspberry and blueberry cream on shortcrust pastry; Sweet Surprise, four macarons with surprising flavors; and Red Velvet Love, a bite-sized version of Spitzer's red velvet cake. The full set is priced at 195 shekels.
