Ayman Odeh Pledges to Recommend Opposition Candidate to End Netanyahu's Rule

Ayman Odeh, chairman of the Hadash-Ta'al faction and Knesset member, called for all political measures to end Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's tenure, including repeated elections if necessary. In a radio interview on 103FM, Odeh emphasized his party's determination to replace Netanyahu's government. He stated, "We must do everything so that Netanyahu does not continue, even at the cost of repeated elections." Odeh also clarified that his party is open to recommending a candidate from the opposition bloc to the president to block Netanyahu from forming a government, saying, "We will recommend one of the opposition candidates."

Additionally, Odeh criticized Benny Gantz, leader of the National Unity Party, referencing past cooperation. He said, "We recommended Gantz before, but he was not brave enough for us to continue on the path and to prevent Netanyahu from forming a government." Odeh's remarks highlight the Arab parties' strategic approach ahead of key political decisions and their readiness to influence the formation of the next government.
