Husband Revives Wife After Electric Shock Incident in Binyamina
A 26-year-old woman suffered an electric shock in Binyamina on Sunday evening and lost consciousness. Her husband, who is an emergency responder with Magen David Adom (MDA), immediately provided first aid and began resuscitation efforts before the arrival of the MDA medical team. Paramedics continued life-saving treatment, including administering an electric shock with a defibrillator, which successfully restored her heartbeat. The woman was then transported in stable condition by MDA ambulance to Hillel Yaffe Medical Center in Hadera. MDA paramedics Yosef Mizrahi and Roni Simsulo reported that upon arrival, the woman was unconscious, without pulse or breathing, and showed signs of electrocution. After the defibrillator treatment, her heart resumed beating, and she was taken to the hospital in stable condition.
