Israeli Foreign Minister Gideon Sa'ar submitted an affidavit to the Supreme Court rejecting allegations made by his former deputy, Knesset member Sharren Haskel. Haskel had claimed that the New Hope party instructed her to record her vote in the Knesset election for State Comptroller Micha'el Rabillo. Sa'ar stated that no such request was ever made to him or the party and described Haskel's accusations as false and intended solely as a media provocation.
