Israeli Legal Counsel Approves Demolition of Terrorist's Home After West Bank Attack

The Israeli legal counsel has approved the demolition order for the home of the terrorist responsible for the attack in the West Bank village of Tel, where Lieutenant Colonel Yuval Ezra and reserve soldier Benyahu Malat were killed. This decision follows the positions of the Shin Bet security service and the military prosecution, as reported by i24NEWS. The investigation, which included witness testimonies and undisclosed evidence, confirmed that the terrorist directly killed Lt. Col. Ezra. It also established that the terrorist was responsible for the death of Malat, who was shot during the incident, even if not by the terrorist's hand directly.

The approval of the demolition order was partly based on findings that the Palestinians initiated the confrontation without justification by throwing stones at the Israeli group. The investigation revealed that the clash began when Palestinians started stone-throwing at the hikers, leading to the soldiers being disarmed and subsequently the fatal shooting of Lt. Col. Ezra and Malat. The terrorist does not qualify for legal protections under Israeli law due to these circumstances.
