Hapoel Ramat Gan Targets Nigerian Midfielder Christopher Boniface Ahead of Premier League Return

Hapoel Ramat Gan, recently promoted to the Israeli Premier League, is seeking to strengthen its squad by signing Christopher Boniface, a 24-year-old Nigerian attacking midfielder. Boniface played last season for Al-Kharaitiyat in Qatar's second division, after spending several years in the Armenian Premier League where he made 68 appearances, scored 13 goals, and provided five assists. In the previous season, he contributed four goals and two assists in 23 matches for his Qatari club. Boniface has also been in contact with former Hapoel Jerusalem player Iva Ransom.

The club is preparing for its upcoming match against Maccabi Netanya, following a recent victory over Hapoel Petah Tikva, aiming to maintain positive momentum ahead of the league's start. Additionally, Hapoel Ramat Gan is attempting to register Fared Ibrahim, who joined the team over the weekend, for upcoming league matches. These moves mark the club's effort to bolster its roster as it returns to top-flight Israeli football.
