Nigerian Midfielder Christopher Boniface Signs Two-Year Deal with Hapoel Ramat Gan
Nigerian midfielder Christopher Boniface, 24, has signed a two-year contract with Hapoel Ramat Gan, the newly promoted Israeli Premier League team, with an option for an additional season. Standing 1.80 meters tall, Boniface joins the club after several seasons abroad, including stints at Van Yerevan in the Armenian league and Al-Kharaitiyat in Qatar. In his most recent season, he scored two goals and provided one assist.
Boniface is among several intriguing new signings for Ramat Gan this summer. Other recent additions include Brazilian winger Luan Campos from the Romanian league, Portuguese defender Jota from Portugal's second division, Ghanaian left-back Fard Ibrahim from the Kazakhstan league, as well as Maksim Plakuschenko and Tamir Glazer.
