A 41-year-old man was found dead on Carmel Beach on Thursday afternoon. He was discovered unconscious with bodily injuries. Paramedics from Magen David Adom arrived at the scene and pronounced him dead. The victim's brother, who is reportedly struggling with mental health issues, is suspected of murdering him.
