Israeli Ambulance Driver Charged with Spying for Iran in Exchange for Money

Amir Hisham Muhammad Titi, an ambulance driver from Baana in the Galilee region, has been charged with espionage for Iran in return for tens of thousands of shekels. According to the indictment, Titi exploited his unrestricted access to hospitals to relay photos and information about hospital preparedness during routine and emergency situations to his handlers. He also documented a senior official during her visit to a hospital in northern Israel. Furthermore, Titi was assigned additional tasks including recording events at the Hostages Square in Tel Aviv while holding a sign with images of hostages, capturing footage of a protest in Haifa, and documenting a moshav in the Sharon area where a senior security figure resided.
