Gunfire Targets Ashdod Event Hall Troyia, No Injuries Reported

In the early hours between Wednesday and Thursday, around 1:30 a.m., gunmen fired a burst of shots at the Troyia event hall in Ashdod while an event was taking place inside. Fortunately, no one was injured during the incident. The shooting caused damage to the upper windows at the entrance of the hall, which were shattered by the gunfire. The perpetrators managed to escape the scene without being apprehended.

The Ashdod police station immediately launched an investigation following the report of the shooting. Officers, together with forensic investigators, arrived at the scene to collect evidence and work towards identifying the suspects. Authorities have confirmed that the incident is being treated as a criminal act, and the circumstances and motives behind the shooting are currently under investigation.
