East Jerusalem Man Indicted for Assaulting Wife in Front of Their Minor Son

The prosecution has filed charges against a 29-year-old East Jerusalem resident for assaulting his wife in the presence of their young son. The investigation revealed that a verbal argument escalated into physical violence, during which the accused punched his wife in the face and head, causing her to fall off the bed. He then grabbed her hair and dragged her toward the entrance of their home, all while their minor son witnessed the incident. The victim sustained injuries including hand wounds and facial swelling and redness, leading to her hospitalization.
