Hadassah Ben Ari Reveals Emergency Surgery During Daughter’s Birth

Hadassah Ben Ari, ex-wife of Israeli singer Hanan Ben Ari, shared a dramatic medical experience from three years ago during the birth of their youngest daughter. She revealed that she underwent an urgent and unexpected surgery in the middle of the night. Just before the procedure, she tried to recite the Jewish prayer "Shema Yisrael," but fear caused her to forget the words.

In an Instagram story, Hadassah dedicated the song "Sdot" by singer Narkis to her daughter, highlighting the lyrics about overcoming fear and living in the moment. She expressed gratitude to God for protecting them during the ordeal, saying, "Thank you God for keeping us safe, and now run to the fields where the skies open."

The couple welcomed their daughter in July 2023 at Laniado Hospital in Netanya, joining their six other children. About a year later, they announced their decision to divorce after 16 years of marriage. Hanan Ben Ari posted a heartfelt message acknowledging their efforts to save the marriage and the painful acceptance of their separation.
