Hadassah Ben Ari Celebrates Daughter's Birthday and 16 Years of Motherhood
Hadassah Ben Ari, ex-wife of Israeli singer Hanan Ben Ari, marked a double celebration on Saturday night by wishing her eldest daughter, Shir Tzion, a happy birthday. Alongside a smiling selfie with her daughter, she shared on Instagram that she is also celebrating 16 years since becoming a mother for the first time. In a lighthearted tone, she apologized to her daughter for any embarrassing moments and promised not to open a TikTok account, adding, "but as known, mothers always lie."
About a year ago, Hadassah opened up on Facebook about the emotional challenges she faced during her divorce, describing it as a year of loss including the end of her marriage and dreams. She revealed the pain she endured, saying she often felt "dead" but was surprised each morning to find herself still alive. She also shared that her resilience comes from an inner drive to keep moving forward, despite the hardships.
Hadassah and Hanan Ben Ari were married for 16 years before announcing their separation two years ago in a joint Instagram story. They emphasized that they fought to save their marriage but ultimately decided to part ways "with respect and love." They have committed to maintaining a good relationship and living nearby for the sake of their seven children: Shir Tzion, Baruch, Moshe, Miriam, Ahava, Shalom, and Ori Shoshana.
