Nazareth Man Arrested at Airport for Suspected Role in May Murder
Israeli police arrested a 30-year-old resident of Nazareth on suspicion of involvement in the May murder of 63-year-old Salah Zoabi in the city. The suspect was apprehended at Ben Gurion Airport while attempting to flee the country. Following his arrest, a court extended his detention until August 4. Authorities allege that Zoabi was shot in front of his son during breakfast, with the motive reportedly stemming from a dispute over 3,000 shekels.
