Concurrently, Shin Bet chief David Zini has warned senior Israeli officials about the potential for foreign countries, including Iran, Russia, and China, to attempt to disrupt Israel's elections. Sources present at these discussions revealed that Zini expressed significant concern over the evolving threat. The Shin Bet is allocating substantial resources to counter this risk as part of a broad effort to safeguard the democratic process. In closed meetings, Zini emphasized that this issue is "at the top of the organization's priority list."
