Guard Yuval Schneiderman Signs with Hapoel Eilat for 2026/27 Season
Yuval Schneiderman, a 23-year-old guard, has officially signed with Hapoel Eilat ahead of the 2026/27 basketball season. Schneiderman joins the newly promoted team with the goal of becoming a key player in coach Oren Aharoni's rotation.
In the previous season, Schneiderman played for Hapoel Galil Elyon, where he averaged 8.3 points, 4.0 assists, 3.3 rebounds, and 1.5 steals per game. He developed in the youth system of Hapoel Jerusalem and has since played for several Israeli Premier League teams, including Hapoel Gilboa Galil, Maccabi Ironi Ramat Gan, and Ironi Kiryat Ata.
His move to Hapoel Eilat aims to strengthen the team as it returns to the top-tier league. The signing was announced on July 27, 2026, by Sport 5.
