Soft Garlic Rolls Filled with Mozzarella Cheese Recipe
This recipe presents soft garlic rolls stuffed with mozzarella cheese, ideal for gatherings, dinners, or as a snack alongside salads or soups. The rolls feature a golden, crispy exterior and a soft, airy interior with a stretchy mozzarella center. The dough is made from 500 grams of flour, dry yeast, sugar, salt, lukewarm water, and olive oil, kneaded for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic, then left to rise for an hour until doubled in size. The dough is divided into 12 equal balls, each flattened and filled with a cube of mozzarella, then sealed and placed on a baking tray to rise for another 20 minutes. The rolls bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees Celsius for 18 to 22 minutes until golden. After baking, they are brushed generously with a mixture of melted butter, crushed garlic, and chopped parsley, then sprinkled with grated Parmesan cheese before serving hot.
