Vizhnitz Yeshiva Students in Elad Tested on Talmud Before Rebbe in Aura

A special event took place at the Vizhnitz Rebbe's holy site in the moshav Aura, where students from the Tzemach Tzaddik Yeshiva in Elad were examined on their Talmudic knowledge of Tractate Bava Kama using the 'Mezumanim' method. The session began with the yeshiva head, Rabbi Israel Menachem Mendel Becker, praising the students' dedication to memorizing the tractate alongside their in-depth study and other yeshiva subjects.

For over an hour, Rabbi Avraham Yeshaya Shapira, a rabbi and halachic authority in Bnei Brak and author of 'Minchat Eish,' tested the students. They responded clearly and pleasantly to each question, citing sources, pages, and the names of Tannaim and Amoraim. The Vizhnitz Rebbe radiated great joy and closely observed each student's answers, engaging with the broad questions posed.

At the conclusion, Rabbi Yaakov Mordechai Hager, the Vizhnitz Av Beit Din in Elad, delivered blessings. The event was attended by all the yeshiva rabbis and the esteemed Rabbi Dov Landa, a prominent rabbi of the Gur Hasidic community.
