Jerusalem Court Extends Detention of Three Women Suspected in Nahlaot Murder Case
The Jerusalem court has approved the police request to extend the detention of three women suspected of involvement in the murder of 18-year-old Shalom Razi in the Nahlaot neighborhood. The incident occurred about two weeks ago in a rented apartment on Shirizli Street, where Razi, a young man from Givat Ze'ev, was fatally stabbed during a violent altercation that also injured another young man.
So far, six suspects have been arrested in connection with the case, five of whom are teenagers. Medical teams performed prolonged resuscitation efforts at the scene before transporting Razi to Shaare Zedek Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead. The investigation is ongoing, and the court extended the detention of the three female suspects for an additional week and a half following last week's extension of all suspects' detentions.
