MK Tali Gottlieb Denies Rift with Netanyahu Amid Speculation of Leaving Likud

MK Tali Gottlieb firmly denied reports suggesting she plans to leave the Likud party, calling them a "well-organized conspiracy by the left" aimed at weakening her and the right-wing camp. Speaking on Channel 14's 'Israel This Morning' with Tal Meir on Wednesday, Gottlieb accused major Israeli media outlets (Channels 11, 12, and 13) of spreading rumors to undermine her position and sow discord between her and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. She stressed, "I am Likud and only Likud," and confirmed there is no conflict between her and Netanyahu, who also issued an official denial of the claims.

Gottlieb elaborated that the timing of the rumors, released on Shabbat, was intended to prevent an immediate response. She described the campaign as a deliberate effort by the left to instill despair among right-wing supporters, calling it a "very organized mission to discourage, frighten, and harass." Regarding the upcoming Likud primaries, she stated that Netanyahu's interest lies in holding primaries rather than forming a "corrupt" organizing committee.

Concluding her remarks, Gottlieb emphasized the importance of Likud as a strong right-wing ruling party and framed the upcoming elections as a choice between "a Palestinian state or the Jewish people's state." She urged right-wing voters not to lose hope and to remain committed to their cause as essential for preserving the state and the Jewish people.
