Pollster Shlomo Filber Predicts Right-Wing Bloc Could Win Up to 70 Seats in Next Israeli Election

Shlomo (Momo) Filber, a media figure and pollster, challenged recent polling trends by forecasting a strong showing for the right-wing bloc in Israel's upcoming election. In an interview on the "Petchi and Zamri B'am" program on Galei Yisrael radio, Filber shared his in-depth analysis of polling data, suggesting the right-wing could not only surpass the 61-seat threshold needed to form a government but potentially reach much higher numbers.

Filber explained that he spends extensive time analyzing data, models, and Excel sheets to identify any errors or overlooked factors, but so far has found none that contradict his projections. He confidently stated, "I estimate the right-wing will have 61 seats or more."

He also presented an optimistic scenario where a new secular right-center party joins the bloc, potentially pushing the total to 67, 68, or even 70 seats. Filber noted that there is a voter segment of four to eight seats who support Netanyahu as prime minister but are looking for a different political home, calling this the "game changer" for the upcoming elections.
