Ra'am Launches Election Campaign Aiming for Seven Knesset Seats to Join Change Coalition

Ra'am (United Arab List) officially launched its election campaign on Saturday in Kafr Qana, a Galilean town with a predominantly Muslim population, aiming to secure seven seats in the upcoming Knesset elections. The event, titled "Kafr Qana Towards Greater Influence," attracted hundreds of local residents and emphasized the party's goal to strengthen its political presence to better represent the interests of the Arab community in Israel.

Speakers at the rally, including Ra'am members of Knesset and party leaders, declared their intention to bring about a significant political shift by toppling the current right-wing government, which they described as "extreme" and "racist." They criticized the government for failing to address crime and violence in Arab society, accelerating illegal home demolitions, and reallocating funds intended for the Arab sector to ultra-Orthodox communities and the Shin Bet security agency.

Ra'am aims to become a key partner in a change coalition, using its seven seats to influence decision-making and advance issues critical to the Arab population in Israel. The campaign launch underscores the party's strategic focus on political influence and community advocacy ahead of the elections.
