Four Police Officers Summoned for Hearing Over Alleged Assault on Lawyer in Beersheba

The Police Investigations Department (Mahash) has summoned four police officers for a hearing regarding their suspected involvement in the unlawful assault of lawyer Salah Naama at his home in Beersheba on May 2. According to Mahash, two of the officers may face criminal charges pending the hearing, including assault and causing serious injury. Additionally, three officers are being considered for charges related to obstruction of justice, also subject to the hearing outcome.
