IDF Kills PIJ Sniper and Hamas Operations Chief in Gaza Strikes

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) conducted targeted strikes in the Gaza Strip on Monday, killing two senior militants. In central Gaza, the IDF eliminated Maam Hamis Akasha Abu Barikh, a sniper affiliated with the Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ), according to an IDF spokesperson. Additionally, in a separate operation in northern Gaza, the IDF killed Muhammad Tisir Ahmad Abid, who served as the head of a department in Hamas's operations headquarters. These strikes are part of ongoing Israeli military efforts against militant groups in Gaza.
