Bayern Munich Sets Historic Price for Michael Olise Transfer to Real Madrid

Michael Olise, the French international and Bayern Munich star, may be on the verge of a high-profile transfer to Real Madrid. After a standout season where Olise scored 22 goals and provided 31 assists for Bayern, as well as five assists in the World Cup, the French sports outlet L'Equipe reports a significant shift in Bayern's stance. Previously unwilling to sell Olise, Bayern now demands a transfer fee between 200 and 250 million euros, refusing to negotiate below this range. This price would surpass the record transfer fee paid for Neymar, who moved for 222 million euros.

Olise is currently ranked as the fourth most valuable player globally, behind Amin Yamal, Erling Haaland, and Kylian Mbappe. During Florentino Perez's presidential campaign for Real Madrid, he promised a 150 million euro bid for a new 'Galactico,' later revealed to be Olise, which Bayern rejected. Real Madrid may consider including players in the deal, potentially offering Nico Pas, who currently shines at Como and could transfer next season.

If Olise's transfer reaches the 250 million euro mark, his former club Reading would receive 5 million euros, Crystal Palace 3.75 million euros, Chelsea 1.88 million euros, and Manchester City 625,000 euros due to his time in their academies.
