Israeli Military Charges Shadi Jumaah for 2007 Murder of Ido Zoldan
The Military Prosecution in Judea and Samaria filed charges yesterday against terrorist Shadi Jumaah for the murder of Ido Zoldan in November 2007. Jumaah was recently released from Palestinian Authority detention, where he had been held until now. On May 26, he was arrested in the center of Qalqilya during a joint operation by the IDF, Shin Bet, and the 33rd Commando Unit.
According to the indictment, Jumaah conspired with two other suspects to carry out a shooting attack targeting Jews. Subsequently, he ambushed the vehicle of Ido Zoldan and one of his accomplices shot Zoldan at close range, resulting in his death.
