Over 5 Million Shekels Raised for Puah Institute Through Charidy Crowdfunding Campaign
Thousands of couples across Israel face years of waiting, complex medical treatments, and religious dilemmas on their journey to parenthood. For decades, the Puah Institute has supported these couples with sensitivity, dedication, and professionalism by combining advanced medical expertise with halachic guidance. The institute provides medical consultation, religious advice, fertility lab supervision, and personal support throughout the process.
In recent years, and especially lately, the demand for Puah's services has surged to record levels. To meet this growing need, the institute launched a crowdfunding campaign through the company Charidy to expand its support systems and ensure that every couple in need receives professional, personal, and halachic assistance. The campaign successfully raised 5,029,803 shekels, enabling Puah to continue and broaden its services to thousands more couples striving to build the future generations of the people of Israel.
The campaign was led by Charidy strategists Elazar Sharon and Mendy Volosov, who managed the effort from start to finish. Rabbi Shay Cherbinski, CEO of Charidy, stated, "The campaign's success goes far beyond the financial goal. It reflects the immense trust the public places in the Puah Institute and the understanding that behind every donation are couples, families, and the future of the people of Israel. We are proud to be partners in such a significant initiative and grateful to the thousands of donors who chose to participate."
