The ‘V’herikoti’ gathering, the main preparatory event for 3 Tammuz, is now bringing together Chabad Hasidim in the Holy Land, along with the Rebbe’s emissaries and supporters, at the International Convention Center in Jerusalem, on the initiative of Tzeirei Agudat Chabad. The major event opened with a range of unique content exhibitions on the Rebbe’s philosophy, Torah teachings and vast activity, including a special exhibition on the Rebbe and the Western Wall, and a special interactive area on this theme. At the center of the gathering, which is being broadcast live here, a special musical performance is taking place, the world’s largest nigunim event, with special performances of authentic Chabad nigunim in innovative arrangements by Rafi Bitton, with more than one hundred voices and musicians on one stage.

Powerful: the giant exhibitions on the Rebbe’s character, work and teachings, alongside a special exhibition on the Rebbe’s unique connection to the Western Wall, at the major ‘V’herikoti’ event, the preparatory gathering for 3 Tammuz organized by Tzeirei Agudat Chabad, headed by Rabbi Yosef Yitzchak Aharonov, which opened at this hour at the International Convention Center in Jerusalem. At the end of the main event at the International Convention Center, buses will be available for the public for a joint trip to pray at the Western Wall plaza, the remnant of our Holy Temple. At this event, a special prayer service will be held with representatives of the emissaries and a nigunim program, nigunim with intention. At the same time, entry will be permitted to the tunnels and spaces beneath the prayer plaza at the central Western Wall, a place that has still not been opened to the general public.

Dozens of Chabad emissaries, who work to spread the light of Torah and Chassidut throughout the world, are arriving במיוחד from the Diaspora to participate in the special preparatory event. The emissaries will also tour and gather at Chabad educational institutions ברחבי הארץ in the days surrounding the event.

Rabbi Yosef Yitzchak Aharonov, chairman of Tzeirei Agudat Chabad: "We produced a special event for the family of Hasidim, the emissaries and those close to us, to strengthen attachment to the Rebbe, ahead of the great day of 3 Tammuz, with a unique and fascinating program unlike anything seen before."

"During the event, we will carry out together the Rebbe’s instruction in the talk he delivered on 26 Nisan 5751, in which the Rebbe encouraged giving thanks for the miracles and wonders, ‘to the point that he is not ashamed to go out dancing because of the open miracles!’"

"After the open miracles we have seen over the past year, we will fulfill the Rebbe’s instruction in a gathering of Hasidim, in song and music until actual dancing, with the prayer that we merit, as the Rebbe said in the well-known talk, ‘that from the joy and song over the current open miracles, we will immediately and truly come to “We will thank You with a new song for our redemption,”’ in the true and complete Redemption, when there will be the greatest miracles and wonders."
