Habiballah in advanced talks with Hapoel Haifa
The striker, who played the past three seasons in Tiberias, is on his way to the Carmel reds.
Heib Habiballah is in advanced negotiations with Hapoel Haifa. The 28-year-old striker, who played last season for Ironi Tiberias, could move to Haim Silvas's team, which continues its preparations for next season.
Habiballah, 28, scored five goals this season for Tiberias, where he played over the past three seasons. Tiberias wanted to see Habiballah remain for another season, but Sport5 learned that Hapoel Haifa's financial offer is larger, which may prove influential.
The reds from the Carmel are looking at several candidates to strengthen the attacking line, and Habiballah is one of them. The striker previously played for Nof HaGalil, Hapoel Acre, Hapoel Petah Tikva and Iksal.
So far, the team has signed Noam Cohen and Yoav Gerafi, alongside exercising options and keeping a significant portion of the foreign players ahead of 2026/27.
