Jerusalem Court Allows Naming Two Suspects in Benyahu Razi Murder Case
The Jerusalem Magistrate's Court has permitted the publication of the names of two of the six suspects involved in the murder of Benyahu Razi. Razi was killed in a brutal attack on a Saturday night in an Airbnb apartment in the Nahlaot neighborhood of Jerusalem, stabbed and struck with a kitchen hammer. The two named suspects, Mazal Linor Sasson and Shilat Huta, both 19-year-old Jerusalem residents, are friends of Razi's ex-girlfriend and are suspected of involvement by having invited the attackers to the apartment.
Another suspect, whose name remains under gag order, is Razi's 19-year-old ex-girlfriend from Pisgat Ze'ev, currently serving in the military. Her lawyer informed the court that she has been receiving death threats since the case became public, leading the judge to approve a delay in releasing her identity. The other suspects include three teenagers allegedly involved in carrying out the murder.
Police believe additional accomplices remain at large, and the suspects' detention has been extended to aid in locating these individuals. The investigation continues as authorities seek to uncover the full scope of the crime and bring all involved to justice.
