Protesters Enter Track Area in Gannot, Disrupting Train Service Nationwide
Train lines across the country are currently experiencing disruptions and delays after protesters entered the track area in the Gannot region, against instructions and while placing themselves at significant risk.
Israel Railways said that, on police instructions, train traffic in the area was temporarily halted, and as a result delays and disruptions are affecting train lines nationwide, along with congestion at stations and in the transportation network. It also said train service will resume only after the protesters are removed from the track area.
