IDF Soldier and Two Israeli Women Rescued from Jericho During Birthday Celebration

During the night, the Civil Administration forces rescued an active-duty female IDF soldier from the city of Jericho. Initial investigations revealed that the soldier had entered the city along with an Arab Israeli friend to attend a birthday celebration. Several hours later, the forces also rescued two Israeli women from a villa neighborhood in Jericho. The women told the rescuers that a friend had invited them to the city to meet acquaintances they had met during a trip in the Sinai Desert.
