Israeli Special Task Force Eliminates 2,561 Terrorists Linked to October 7 Attacks

Since the outbreak of the conflict following the October 7 massacre, the Israeli special task force Nili, established at the start of the war, has killed 2,561 terrorists involved in the killings, rapes, and kidnappings of thousands of Israelis in the Gaza envelope and surrounding areas. This week alone, four terrorists were eliminated, including Yahya Hamdan, the head of a cell that attacked the Re'im camp during the October 7 massacre.

Nili's sole mission is to eliminate all individuals involved in the October 7 raid into Israel. The total number of terrorists killed includes about 1,000 who were neutralized on Israeli soil during the battles on October 7 and 8. According to Shin Bet estimates, several hundred terrorists who participated in the massacre remain at large, and the pursuit of these individuals continues.

In response to these ongoing threats, Israel has decided to significantly reinforce its military presence in the Gaza Strip to target Hamas more effectively.
