Israel Faces Peak Heatwave Sunday With Above-Average Temperatures
Israel is expected to experience a gradual rise in temperatures over the coming days, culminating in a peak heatwave on Sunday. Temperatures will rise slightly on Saturday, with no significant change on Friday. By Sunday, the heat will intensify further, maintaining pleasant weather but with notable warmth in central and elevated areas.
Nighttime temperatures in major cities are forecasted as follows: Jerusalem at 18°C, Tel Aviv 25°C, Haifa 24°C, Beersheba 22°C, Tiberias 23°C, Eilat 27°C, and Ein Gedi 26°C. Residents are advised to prepare for the heat by using air conditioning and taking necessary precautions against the increased heat stress expected throughout the weekend and into early next week.
