Israel is seeing a notable drop in temperatures across the country, marking a shift from the recent heatwave. On Thursday, the weather was partly cloudy with temperatures slightly below seasonal averages, especially in mountainous and inland areas. Early morning saw light drizzle along the coastal plain due to low clouds. Overnight conditions remained partly cloudy and relatively cool in the mountains, while other regions experienced comfortable weather.

The cooling trend is expected to continue into Friday, with moderate west to northwest winds prevailing in most areas. Forecasted temperatures include Jerusalem at 18-28°C, Tel Aviv and Haifa at 24-29°C, Afula at 22-32°C, Ashdod and Ashkelon at 23-29°C and 24-29°C respectively, Beersheba at 22-31°C, and Mitzpe Ramon at 18-28°C. This weather pattern offers relief from the recent intense heat, providing more comfortable conditions nationwide.
