Israeli Police Arrest Second Suspect in Ramla Gang Rape Case
Israeli security forces arrested a young man from Yatta on suspicion of involvement in the gang rape of a young woman in Ramla about ten days ago. The arrest was carried out by the Gideon Unit 33 of Lahav 433 in cooperation with IDF forces. The suspect, in his twenties, is the second individual detained in connection with the case. Authorities plan to request an extension of his detention from the Magistrate's Court in Rishon Lezion. According to the investigation, the victim was brought to an apartment in Ramla where workers employed in the area reside, and the assault took place there.
