Wiam Faisal, an 18-year-old, succumbed to his injuries at Rambam Hospital in Haifa after being shot during an incident at a convenience store near Haifa's entrance on the night between Wednesday and Thursday. Faisal was reportedly not involved in any conflict. The same event also claimed the life of Jonathan Houri, also 18, who was similarly uninvolved and caught in the incident by chance.
