Hapoel Tel Aviv Pushes to Finalize Tiemoko Diarra Deal Before Slovakia Training Camp

Hapoel Tel Aviv is working to complete the signing of Guinean player Tiemoko Diarra ahead of their upcoming training camp. The team played a 3-3 draw against Bnei Yehuda in their final preparatory match before departing. Two of the goals in that match came from direct free kicks, and the coaching staff acknowledges there are still areas needing improvement.

The squad, led by coach Eliniv Bereda, will travel to Slovakia on Monday for a ten-day training camp. During this period, they plan to play three friendly matches in preparation for their Europa Conference League qualifier against Beitar Jerusalem on July 18. Negotiations with Diarra have progressed significantly, with hopes that his previous experience playing in Israel and his connection to defender Fernan Mayembo will help finalize the deal. Turkish club Kasımpaşa is also in talks with Diarra, but Hapoel Tel Aviv aims to have him join the team for the training camp.

The club is focused on strengthening the squad before the European competition, with the training camp serving as a crucial phase for team development and integration of new players.
