Maccabi Tel Aviv Extends Oshae Brissett's Contract for Two More Years

Maccabi Tel Aviv has officially signed forward Oshae Brissett to a two-year contract extension, keeping him with the team through the summer of 2028. Brissett, 28, who stands 2.01 meters tall, initially joined the club at the start of last season as their first foreign signing, with a one-year deal plus an option for a second year. After a challenging start, he significantly improved his performance and became a key player in helping Maccabi Tel Aviv compete for a EuroLeague playoff spot until the very end of the season.

This past season, Brissett averaged 8.7 points and 5.1 rebounds per game in the EuroLeague, solidifying his role as an important piece of the team’s lineup. With the contract extension, he also received a financial upgrade, reflecting the club’s appreciation for his contributions. Brissett expressed his satisfaction with the decision, saying he feels at home and values how much the club appreciates him.

The extension is part of Maccabi Tel Aviv’s efforts to maintain roster stability as they prepare for upcoming seasons in the Israeli Basketball Premier League and EuroLeague competitions.
